Your health and safety are of utmost priority for us amidst the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
With the ever-increasing concerns and rapidly evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we at Redefine Dental are committed to ensuring that our clinics remain as safe as possible for our patients, visitors, dentists and our staff.
We have been closely monitoring the advice of the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Government, the Department of Health and the South African Dental Association (SADA) to ensure that we minimise the risk to those who enter our doors.
We have collectively decided, effective immediately, our dental practices will be closed for routine appointments and will only attend to absolute and true dental emergencies.
Such emergencies include and are not limited to the following situations:
- severe dental and facial pain
- dental trauma including injury to the teeth, gums and supporting structures
- acute oral medical and surgical conditions including excessive bleeding, swelling, abscess, cellulitis and infection
- fractured tooth/teeth with nerve exposure
All emergency appointments can be made by calling either 072 015 9097 or 062 987 6453.
We will utilise photos, videos as well as your telephonic testimony to decide how best to treat your dental emergency.
If you are unable to reach us via the emergency number indicated above, kindly send a text, whatsapp or email to [email protected].
All emergency patients will be screened telephonically and will be required to complete a patient questionnaire, consent form and a medical checklist prior to attending a scheduled appointment.
We look forward to welcoming you again soon.
Stay safe, stay strong, and STAY AT HOME!
